Return Policy


If, within 30 days of your purchase, you are dissatisfied with a product, please read the following:

1.) It is absolutely essential that we be contacted prior to ever returning a product in order to receive proper credit.
You may contact us in any of the following ways:

c.) Via telephone at 877-831-2737 (toll free) or 585-359-1010 (USA & International)

With any correspondence, if possible, please include your order number, your name, and your address along with the name of the product being returned.

2.) With an approved authorization, please send the product to us prepaid with your return address on the box.

3.) If you have received a defective or damaged product, you will be given a complete refund including all shipping and handling charges, or with your consent an exact replacement product will be sent at no-charge.

4.) With certain exceptions, should you become dissatisfied with a product or have changed your mind about the purchase, send back the unopened product with our authorization, and you will be reimbursed for the product price, excluding all shipping and handling charges.

5.) No returns will be given on Prescription Medications.


International Shipments:

Orders seized by Customs or refused orders:
Products that are held in customs or refused by the customer, will not be the responsibility of Nice Price USA. There is no refund for seized or refused orders. If the product is returned undamaged, we will re-ship it to you again, with an additional shipping charge.
